Well its like with everything, some things work for some people, some things don't.

I personally don't care for labels much - it doesn't matter if its 'conventional' or 'altervative' as long as it works.

Anyway, personally, St John's Wort was much much better for me than any SSRI/SNRI/etc ....

Jlx has had great experiences with magnesium, in fact look at the thread abit above this one. (well I'll post a direct link anyway)
