Sleep....helped somewhat
Haemorrhoids....(how about that?)
Pretty good for long term treament of chronic and degenerative conditions without too much toxicity. The standard medical treatment thingo seems to assume that people are in good health except for the presenting symptoms. So people end up on shoeboxes of relatively toxic drugs and feel frightful. This stuff's not magic though.
