Hey..

I'm curious - are bilberries just as good? I imagine that they're even better - they're smaller, and *alot* more 'blue' ie have more annocynannins. The insides are totally purple whereas with blueberries its pretty clear. With blue/bilberries, what kinds of quantities do you need to eat to get any benefit?

Hmmm. I ask these questions because I live in Finland and here bilberries grow wild everywhere - my mother has a freezer full we picked last summer. You can even get 'billberry soup' and 100% bilberry cordial (with no sugar) which might be a (plesant!) way of pretending to be healthy.
