sounds like you may have enough already. i was just going to add that some folks think that nutrasweet (aspartame) can raise aspartic acid levels in the brain, another excitotoxin.
though this idea is controversial, i've finally given up my diet pop, at least until i can get some with just splenda...and maybe my ear problems are finally improving...
