I wish we knew how much beets or beet molasses you would have to eat every day. Anyone know? Actually, when they mentioned beet molasses I never heard of it. I wonder if that is what is in the grocery store? Is that where regular molasses comes from?

At least with fish oil we know from clinical studies how much to take.

Where do you find beet molasses. How much to take? Or how many beets to eat every day?

Gee, when I'm depressed I'll try anything, especially if it's food.
