Quercetin Nosebleeds

I started quercetin yesterday morning along with L-carnitine and L-tyrosine. I had three nosebleeds by the afternoon and they continued on through the night. I'm suspecting Quercetin *may* be the culprit as I sometimes have this reaction painkillers and it has a similar mode of action?

Any thoughts/comments anyone?
