That's what I was thinking too. It says on the bottle to avoid taking during oestrogen therapy and while taking blood thinning drugs.

Actually yes. I've just taken it - 148/82 plus 94 bpm. I'm only 24 so that seems a bit too high for my liking. It's usually in the region of 100-20/60-75.

Should I stop taking it?
