Not exactly sure.

I know that EPA seems to have the most antidepressant effect. It may cause some intial start up anxiety.

DHA didn't give me any anxiety, but it didn't have too much of a mood brightening effect.


As far as light therapy, anything is possable.

Sometimes initial anxiety can be the sign of a positive effect on mood, but not really sure.

If you are abruptly or dramatically changing the onset of bright light in your day this could concievably cause anxiety.

Certain hormones may be triggered by bright light. Bright light may trigger morning cortisol, I don't know. I do know that bright light supresses melatonin output.
