Hi Desbee.Yeah, this fish oil is just totally kicking my you know what in terms of anxiety. I'm going to cut the dose in half and see how that works. I had hoped that perhaps it just might be startup anxiety similiar to ssri's that should go away. I can no longer stay at this 1 gram EPA dose. We'll see how .5 grams works.
Unfortunately 500 mg taurine three times/day has been unnoticeable. But this has been in combo with the fish oil, so I can't independently evaluate it...yet. I'm wondering if I shouldn't up the dose on the taurine. Thanks for asking...Peace...Saturn.
