Why did Magnesium poop out?

Posted by saturn on December 29, 2006, at 2:00:12

I used to take Magnesium carbonate at around 150-300 mg/day and it worked *very* effectively for not just anxiety and ADHD--but just a wonderful sense of calmness of mind (hence the ADHD benefit). The one truly legitimate supplement I'd actually found.

Now I achieve no such effect. I Even switched to the Slow-Mag Magnesium Oxide which I've heard is often used in hospitals...nothing.

Did I perhaps just replete my stores of Mag and so little more effect should be expected?

Anyone heard of Magnesium Orotate? Might this be beneficial?

Thanks...Peace...Saturn.
