Lowers blood sugar, calming, tastes sweet, eliminates worrying, slightly sedating, CNS sepressant, no prescription, its cheep ($8.50/lb). I take 30 grams a day, at 4 different times. Short half life. Its also an AP and a protien supplement. Can't imagine that it has any side-effects. I've been taking this for about 3 months. It does things that the zyprexa does not, like cut worrying.
Zyprexa, is still the best though. Just a nice addition.
