Sorry, I'm at the wrong end of the country - you could start with the American Dental Association (ADA). There's no reason to restrict yourself to holistic dentistry, though, as it's standard practice these days to remove older amalgam fillings and replace them with non-metallic composite ones. They last much longer and are structurally superior to the old amalgams - incredible. It's only when structurally necessary to the integrity of the tooth that metals are considered, and even then there are many options available.
Don't be afraid to ask for consultations only while you're looking around. You may have to pay for an examination, but if you have a full set of xrays with you from your old dentist that are less than a year old, even those won't be necessary, unless you have recently developed pain in your teeth.
