yes it's a very good diet. I try to substitute fish for meat and use fish oil caps. I do try to keep my proteins lean (low fat) and use fish fish oil and olive oil for my good fats.But yes it's a good diet for losing weight and keeping your glycemic levels down which is healthy. If you have a snack at night I eat a piece of low fat cheese or a piece of chicken or meat.My carbs are of the whole grain variety.
