I apologize profusely for not responding earlier.
Thank you all so much for responding. My insomnia had worsened to the point where i couldn't sort out information very well.
But now at least, thanks to inisitol, I am sleeping at least every other day. Still going for two days in a row <weak smile>. Anyway, I will reread the posts and add what I think might be the most feasible.
