I don't know for sure, but Kava may help. Niacinamide may help too. All I know for sure is that if you're taking a prescription antidepressant, it's probably not a good idea to take Kava. However, I don't know if there's any interaction if you're just on an anti-anxiety medication. Best to ask a doctor first or a pharmacist.
