my sleep is in tatters as it is, but i think it may have gotten worse since i added high-EPA fish oil to my regime about three weeks ago. is this possible?
i take two-stage-release melatonin every night to fall asleep (i think MAOI trials messed my sleep cycles), but there was a period where i was falling asleep on my own. now i can't, and the only change i can think of has been the fish oil ..
i would hate to ditch it 'cos of the numerous benefits, but sleep comes first
