It's known to do that. Do you take it in the morning? Some recommend that, to prevent insomnia. You could also try lowering the dose. Krill oil is similar to fish oil (many say superior), so you could try that instead. Even though it's more expensive, the recommended dosage is less and the pills are a lot smaller.

I take krill every once in a while, not every day, because it (like fish oil) makes my skin really oily if I take it all the time. Fish oil made me anxious too. It doesn't seem like krill does to the same extent.

Are you noticing benefits from the fish oil?
