Its difficutl to find these kinds of supplements here . Sometimes I travel to US and you found all the this suplements very easy . Here in Mex I can barely see St Johs worth .5Htp and in the last days Gotu kola... , I have been able to find Ginger Root , Kava and all that stuff... its not common here..
