Hello. I don't know of Schiff making a Methyl-B12, just the cyanocobalamin form. It's actually hard to find B12 in 250mcg tablets that are easy to cut in half. I have two scientific scales I bought years ago that I thought I might need to weigh vitamins, but I don't really use them. I guess we think alike.
