Depression Treatments in Bangkok

Hello,

I am a 30 yr old male with treatment resistant depression. I've tried virtually every class of psychotropic over the past 7 years. My diagnoses have included depression, adult adhd, bipolar II. My primary symptoms are apathy, anhedonia, low libido, low motivation, fatigue, poor concentration, mood swings. I'm able to work full time, but my productivity and motivation are very low.

I will be visiting family in Bangkok this December. Since Bangkok is known for medical tourism, I'm considering alternative treatments for depression, such as detox, anti-aging, and wellness treatments.

Does anyone have experience with alternative treatments in Bangkok?
