Hi Christ empowered,
i am desperately looking for a good multi-vitamin as i think it is almost impossible to get all you need from single supplements.
I have read that the WHO recommends 0.5g of DHA and 0.5g of EPA. So i will make sure i get that. Also for ALA they recommend 1.1g. I will take 1.2...
Other than that, i have a multi vitamin with both vitamins and minerals. I wish i could get a multi for the vitamins and a multi for the minerals in two separate products. That way i can easier control how much i get of each vitamin/mineral and avoid getting too much of any of them.
I do take more than 100%RDA of E and C already in my current multi-vitamin.
Do you know good products??
