Hi, I've read that when serotonin is low, it can make you want to eat, especially carbs. I too feel like I am eating to no end while tapering off effexor, but I feel full and keep eating! I keep reminding myself, or God does, that its just temporary, a moment in time. That helps me get through it. Renee
