I can't eat

I have anorexia and it's very bad right now. I can't eat anything. I am taking in liquids and that's it.

I've tried Ensure, but even that freaks me out and I can only handle 2-3 sips.

I have now lost 25 pounds. I want to lose more but I am also freaking out over the situation. I don't want to end up in the hospital with an NG tube.

I don't know what to do.
