As I said on the other thread, is there an ED support group in your area?? Can you find out??? Who could help in this regard?? This would be an alternative.
I have been offered the dietician by my T who is also an ED specialist. So far I have resisted, but I may do it. You need someone to help you even if it is not a therapist.
