My gripe is that they ask you how you are. There are perfectly good and polite greetings for this purpose such as goodmorning, goodafternoon, hello, g'day, and hi, but some idiot in personell thinks so little of us that he thinks we will feel more cared for if we are asked how we feel. Maybe I should just say 'I don't know, I'm not sure that I exist', or 'how can you tell'?
