I started getting monthly massages over a year ago to help with my anxiety. I find it helps a great deal. I also feel that if I skip a month that my body really notices it. I don't know however if my body can actually tell it hasn't been massaged lately or if it is all in my head.
Any one know about any cumulative benefits of massage?
