Hi Miss Honey,
I started about a year ago, too. I called desparate once and got in the same day. I really liked the MT and decided that since it had helped so much, I should go monthly. I can really tell when I am due or overdue. It really helps me release stress from my body. I can also tell during the massage if life has been extra stressful, because I'm much tighter and nottier. So much, in fact, that I am going for one in an hour (what a coinkydink?) because I was so notty two weeks ago. Oh, that I could afford/justify going every two weeks...

I haven't researched the cumulative benefits, but from experience, I KNOW that they exist. I think it's like releasing pressure periodically from a pressure cooker. If you don't, you might blow! And that would hurt. I wish that massage, like therapy could be avaliable to everyone for a low cost.

Warmly,
gg
