I was just wondering what kind of exercise (if any) you do and how often. Maybe I'm looking for inspiration. I've slacked off a little. I usually jump on my rebounder (mini-trampoline)daily, do a lymphatic streching routine a few times a week and take walks several times a week. I'm limited to low impact exercises because of my fibromyalgia and joint problems. Jay started a walking club here at PBH awhile back. How is everyone doing with that?
What does your exercise routine look like?
