Yes, I don't believe that any inflammation would be found. Heat helps somewhat, but any kind of movement is painful. My range of movement is OK, though, and I am able to exercise without restriction. What a nasty thing my brain is doing to my body. I have been feeling so stressed about so many things since returning to work - and nothing is work related, except that I find it stressful to maintain a calm and collected facade at work when I'm suffering inside.
More fodder for therapy.
