I thought it was just me. But, yes, my PMS has been getting worse as the years go by. For the longest time, the only PMS symptoms I got were some b*tchiness and mild fatigue (barely even had a cramp). Now about 10 days before, I am exhausted, moody, cranky and anxious. Plus now I get cramps and nausea. Yuk! I seem to recall reading somewhere that PMS symptoms, for those who do experience PMS, do get worse over the years. I started using Vitex (Chasteberry) to see if it will help relieve my PMS. It can take up to three months to notice a significant difference, but I have found some moderate relief after about one month.
