I am chronically dependent on coffee, I have tried tea but it doesnt do what coffee does, without coffee I cannot do the simplest things i.e. shop in a store, wash the car, check email, take a shower, or even eat, no concentration. Since without coffee I cannot function, concentrate, read full paragraphs etc, does that mean it could be possible I have ADD or similar disorders that has been masked by habitual coffee drinking? Does anyone else struggle with this, for example there is no way I could write this thread if I didnt just guzzle another columbian coffee. In fact after I rehydrate I will drink another cup. Here is my daily routine
.morning 1 or 2 16oz cups of strong coffee
.lots of water
.diet red bull, diet rockstar energy drinks or monster
4. lots of water
.lunch time one can soda
break one full cup coffee
break one diet soda
.after work one full cup coffee
.lots of water
.one diet soda.
.bed time
