1 package instant oatmeal
1/3 of a large white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie
1 handful of Doritos
2x2 inch pound cake
some seaweed snacks
1 bowl instant noodles
1 bowl rice
Some roasted chicken
Some greens
A few shrimp
A few sips of FrappuccinoI didn't weigh my food. It's too much of a hassle. I should skip the instant noodles, someone told me they are empty calories.
My plan for tomorrow is:
Breakfast: instant oatmeal
Snack: yogurt w/flax seeds
Lunch: Lean Cuisine
Snack: All Bran bar
Dinner: Lean CuisineIf I can stick with my plan for a week, I will reward myself with a movie.
