I forgot to mention that I also drink 4 mugfuls of green tea a day.
I just found out I can get vitamin E from plant oils. I guess I can drizzle a bit of olive oil on my broccoli.
I also just found out that I do get vitamin K after all, from the broccoli.
Zinc should be OK too since I eat bread in my diet some days.
It seems I also get selenium from the fish I eat everyday.
I don't know if I'm getting enough phosphorus or magnesium.
I also get omega 3 fatty acids from the salmon.
My diet seems pretty healthy right? I can probably go on it for a long time without harm?
