Deneb, don't forget the very important and ephemeral phytonutrients in fruit and vegetables! Those don't come in a bottle.> I don't need fruit, I take a multi-vitamin everyday. I also get enough fiber, about 25 g from the broccoli, oatmeal and beans. I get calcium from my calcium supplements.
