The ones working in hospitals carry stethoscopes and have shaky hands and self medicate intravenously.You cannot tell difference between docs and the patients

While the private ones are smarter but insane.

I think all pdocs have to do a working spell in hospitals , some do both--work in hospital and do private but I'm in UK and so my post is probably useless .
