My experence is that some hospitals offer
office space. I see most of my non-psyco
docs at a hospital, which is easy.

So, for me there is no difference at all,
just the docs choice of where to locate
an office.

This does seem to save the doc some on lab costs,
as mine use the hospital lab. Kinda nice, as a private doc would often have to send you across town for some tests. Located in a hospital, the lab is a short walk away.
