Well, I suppose I could put down something like "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns M.D., which I'm almost certain EVERYONE on the board has read or at least heard of, but I don't know that it was really life-changing for me.

Honestly? The books I have found to be life-changing were children's books, like the Little House on the Prairie series (taught me about healthy familial life and certain moral values) and "Oh The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss, that I actually got for college graduation from a friend. That book was much more of a mood-lifter than "Feeling Good" or any positive affirmation book I've ever seen.
