New Guy Could use some advice...

ADD Inattentive Type Not Probable
Cingulate System Hyperactivity Probable
Limbic System Hyperactivity Highly Probable
Basal Ganglia Hyperactivity Highly Probable
Temporal Lobe System Not Probable

Could use some advice... waiting for blood work results and I would like to get some advice before I go back to the doc in two days - last 9 months have been real bad... was spending 90% of my time "living in the past"(depression) and it felt like all my nerves were on fire for about the first 3 months... now I'm down to 50% in the past and still only getting 4-5 hours sleep a night, hard to focus, still mostly negative thoughts... still in rough shape... been living in the past (depression) most of my life and I didn't even realize it until this year... have not taken any drugs or treatment yet...
