That sounds hard, im sorry you have been suffering for so long. Im not sure if Ill give any great advice but Ill try.
have you taken medication for sleep before? That would be where I start since sleep is essential for mental health.
It sounds like maybe cognitive behavior therapy might be useful to help with your negative thoughts. Is that a possibilty? Or just see a therapist?
Thats wonderful that your depression has lessened.
But I would recomend seeing a therapist or psychiatrist. would you consider taking medication?
