Maybe some of the therapists here have seen something like this, which cannot be explained by medication problems (my way). What can possibly make a person turn extremely aggressive, abusive and mean for no apparent reason towards someone he has hurt? Is this a psychological phenomenon of projection or something like that? I just don't get it. Any experience with people doing this; imagine a scenario like this: Person X hits, hurts, screams, cheats, or smears person Y. Person Y, asks what is the matter all of a sudden? Person X gets furious, flies into rages, screams and doubles the abuse, with no rational explanation.
What's going on here? I say lack of meds, or possibly frontal lobe damage. But is this a common pattern otherwise explained in therapeutic circles?
Thanks
