Binge eating is a hard one to stop, because you can't stop all contact or intimacy with food. Maybe if you could binge on vegetables and salad-- there are ways of making them taste good, like adding low calorie dressing (you can even make one to your taste) or eating them with a little canned tuna-- or something else that give them flavor-- or on jello-- or even on lower calorie fruits, and coffee and tea-- or whatever-- Aside from substituting low calorie foods, it's means changing something about your life-- filling whatever need you're satifying in some other way.--
I stopped binge eating when I got into a long-term relationship and I know several others who had a similar reaction. But the latter can't be ordered up-- obviously. So the best you can do is try to exercise regularly at the gym and transfer your bingeing to foods that won't make you gain weight. It may be a slow process, but over time, you may find yourself preferring those foods anyway-- I do by now.
