I know muscle is denser than fat and I know I should do some strength training but it's all very intimidating. I know losing weight will cause the loss of both fat and muscle without strength training, but I don't care as long as I will be thin. (Yes, I have some problems, I'm fully aware.)
> What is the significance of that number, 100? What if you lost a little weight, and then reassessed? How do you know that target is a good target?
I don't. 100 might still be too fat for me. (Yes I have some body image issues, again, fully aware) I also have problems with purging. I'm on it, getting some help from pdoc.
> Inactivity is a health risk.
Yes I know. I'm trying to walk a few km a day. I can't run...get too out of breath.
> Quick weight loss is very unhealthy. Why the rush?
I want to be thin as soon as possible. I can't stand the fat body I'm in right now.
