Clearskies, maybe you can try a technique that I have been practicing called "worry flooding"
you can do it with or without paper. set the timer for 15 minutes basically you think/write every single thing that is worrying you, and you write yourself until your anxiety peaks at a 9/10 or higher. (well, you have to be able to think/write, so a 10/10 is probably too high). Rate your anxiety before, during peak, and after peak. Then set your timer for 5 minutes. Try to think of more reasonable responses to your anxiety. some problem solving. some ways to put it aside temporarily to focus on putting your next foot forward.
When you find yourself worrying throughout the day, just put it on your list and only delegate 15 minutes a day towards worrying.
I hope this helps you. I did it two days in a row. I found that it was boring to keep worrying about the same thing for 15 minutes straight.
best to you and all your brave endeavors. sending some 'RELAXING' aromatherapy your way...
~~~~~~ can you sniff it and feel it?~~~~~~~~
