records of billing...no. and there is no way you'd get to see what was billed to the province. the hospital records, however, are different. your family doc should have gotten a copy if they knew who he was. if not, then the records are still stored with the hospital. the attending physician at the time would have access to them. or your family doc can request them now. you're not being morbid at all...you have a right to know if you want to...
