Few reported cases have been found in overdoses of Tylenol with less than xxx. Basically, what happens is that the Tylenol binds to the surface of the liver and "clogs" it up so it can't work. This is irreversible. As mentioned before, you go into liver failure pretty quickly. This is a particularly nasty death. It can take months of painful days and nights to die. I have seen it a few times and the outcome is never good and the individual involved always regrets the choice made. I agree with Dr. Bob on some things. Take it from a paramedic/RN - if you're thinking about it, please call and get some help. May God bless you.
