Snorting Xanax XR

I'm on XR xanax, less abuse potential...

A friend advised me that she used to snort xanax.
I know for a fact that wine + xanax = fun times, but
this friend tells me to snort.

any feedback??

BTW, I am on Xanax XR, not regular xanax.
