I have also used it sometimes but preferred Klonopin for "situational anxiety". If I know that I'm going into a stressful situation I take .5mg of Klonopin about an hour in advance and that helps get me through.

Also, I used to give it to my dog. She had bad separation anxiety. She would rip up anything she could find when we left her alone for more than 20 minutes. Rescue Remedy calmed her down and she has now learned to remain calm when we have to leave her for any period of time.

It is worth a try. I noticed that I had some response to it. I just prefer the Klonopin.
