In order to make the review as quick as possible, fill out the forms in as great detail as possible. Otherwise they will just send you more forms to fill out about the information they were not satisfied with. Also, if the information is not thorough enough, they will be more likely to send you to a doctor for his review. I know the forms can be pretty overwhelming, but like I said, be very, very thorough, and that will probably be the last you hear from them except to tell you that they are not revoking your SSD. They have to PROVE that you have improved in order to revoke it. So if you're condition is the same, you really have nothing to worry about. Don't stress about it. It's not worth it. Everything will be fine.
