Noa, Even though there's no shortage of sunlight in Texas, I've been thinking of getting a light box for a long time. I sleep constantly on days off, vacations, etc.
When I'm forced out (work) among others, they probably don't have a clue I'm depressed.
Very frustrating. Don't think it's depression as much as lack of light. I really don't know which it is!!
