I wanted to mention that I also tried Moclobomide
at 600 mg for 2 months with no response. It did
help a bit with anxiety, but not depression. There
were no side effects at all. Again, people are
all different, and if tolerating side effects is
a major issue than a Moclobemide trial may not be
a bad idea, but if you are in dire need of depression
relief I would go with the other MAOI's (and
unfortunately have to put up with the diet
restrictions). Selegiline (deprynl) is another
option (an MAO-B inhibitor). Also direct acting
dopaminergics like Mirapex may be helpful.-john
